When can I access my storage unit?
Our gate access hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week, ensuring you can always get to your belongings when you need them.
When is your office open?
Our office is open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Monday through Friday, our office operates by appointment only. Just give us a call at 508-481-2992 to schedule a time that works for you! We are closed on Sundays.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
Yes! We offer fully enclosed, temperature-controlled, and heated units to protect your temperature-sensitive items (like electronics, wooden furniture, and documents) from the changing Massachusetts weather.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit allows you to pull your personal vehicle or moving truck directly up to the door of your storage unit. This is highly recommended for storing large, heavy items or for businesses that need to load and unload inventory frequently.
Can I store my car or RV here?
Absolutely. We offer indoor vehicle parking to keep your car protected from the elements, as well as uncovered outdoor parking spaces.
How do I pay my bill?
For your convenience, we offer a secure online bill pay portal so you can manage your account and make payments directly from your smartphone or computer.
Do you have moving equipment available?
Yes! We provide dollies and handcarts on-site to help you easily transport heavy boxes and furniture from your vehicle to your unit.
